David Lenigas

Executive Chairman

David Lenigas has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Mining Engineering) from Curtin University’s Kalgoorlie School of Mines and holds a Western Australian First Class Mine Manager Certificate of Competency. He has significant global corporate experience, having served as Executive Chairman, Chairman, and a Non-Executive Director of many public listed companies in London, Canada, Johannesburg, and Australia. In recent years, David was the Executive Chairman of London’s Pan-African conglomerate Lonrho Plc and currently serves as Chairman of a number of companies listed on the London Stock Exchange and Australian Securities Exchange.

Neil Ritson

CEO & Executive Director

Neil Ritson is an energy sector professional with a career spanning over 40 years, including 20 years in various technical and managerial positions with British Petroleum. Neil was formerly International Vice President at Burlington Resources, which was acquired by ConocoPhillips, and Executive Chairman at Solo Oil plc (now Scirocco Energy plc).

Jonathan Colvile

Non-Executive Director

Previously Jonathan was Vice Chairman at Celsius Resources from 2022‐2023; he was employed at Mirabaud Securities Ltd from 2007‐2019 as head of mining and natural resources. Prior to this he was employed at Cannacord Genuity form 2000‐2007, and James Capel from 1983‐1998. Mr Colvile graduated from Bedford College, University of London in 1978 with a BA History and began his career as a stockbroker in Hong Kong in 1979.
