energy B plc is an AQSE-quoted energy company focused on supporting the United Kingdom's long-term energy security through the development of domestic energy resources. The Company's immediate priority is the restoration and optimisation of production at the Horse Hill oil field in the Weald Basin, one of the UK's most significant onshore oil discoveries in recent decades.
The Company is pursuing a strategy centred on increasing indigenous energy production, reducing reliance on imported hydrocarbons and supporting a more secure and resilient national energy system. Through its planned majority interest in the Horse Hill field and the wider PEDL137 licence area, energy B aims to unlock additional value from established UK onshore resources while maintaining a disciplined approach to operational development.
Alongside its conventional energy activities, energy B retains ownership of proprietary wind turbine technology developed under its previous name, Hydrogen Future Industries plc. The technology is designed to improve renewable energy generation efficiency and provides the Company with continued exposure to innovation within the evolving energy sector.
The Directors believe that the combination of strategically important domestic energy assets and proprietary clean-energy technology positions energy B to participate in both the UK's near-term energy security requirements and its longer-term energy transition objectives. The Company's goal is to create sustainable shareholder value through the responsible development of UK energy resources and related technologies.
